Refund & Return policy
Shoko Shop offers full refunds for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase.
Every item, needs to be returned with the receipt in order for you to get a refund.
You can complete this form and send it to us via email or alongside with your return. (save image, print, complete, send form).
If you are sending back a package from Switzerland, please let us know via email at email@example.com for your return. Please add a note stating that the package is a return. The package must include the original receipt otherwise the return cannot be accepted.
Please take in mind that your returned items may take up to 30 days to arrive to our shop.
You can chose weather you like a money refund or a Voucher with the amount we would return to you plus 5€ for you next order. The voucher will be valid for three months after the item has been returned at our shop.
We will process your return within 7-10* business days and apply a credit to your original payment method. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges unless there is a mistake from our shop.
Customers that will not answer 30 days after we have emailed them on weather they prefer a refund (providing us with their IBAN when needed) or an exchange, they will not be able to get their money back or ask for another item.
Orders that have custom changes applied cannot be returned.
